1. Analyze the company's problems in terms of Human Resource Management. 2. Preparation of a consultancy recommendation report consisting of: - Initiation of legal entity establishment and business support legality. - Codification and formulation of business fundamentals. - Establishment of company structure based on existing sub-businesses. - Marketing management improvement through social media management.
