Collaborate with the sales & customer success team to drive activities with enterprise and Mid-Market clients
Manage and develop compliance documents related to delivery, schedules, and pricing
Oversee & ensure smooth project execution by effectively coordinating with internal and external teams
Lead customer workshops and presentations, showcasing service offerings, project plans, and progress updates to maintain strong relationships with clients
Syarat Pekerjaan
Experience and extensive knowledge as a project manager
High level knowledge or experience working in a SaaS or logistics industry
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams
Familiarity with different e-commerce, warehouse management systems, and/or order management systems
Exposure to a high growth / startup culture, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
Fluent in english is a must & mandarin is a point plus
